With over 6 years of experience in education and 2 years in the hospitality industry, Cynthia is passionate about creating meaningful learning experiences that nurture the whole child. Her journey in education has reinforced her belief that the early years lay the foundation for lifelong growth and success.
Inspired by the Finnish approach to education, Cynthia chose HEI Schools because of its commitment to play-based learning, child well-being, and holistic development. She believes that children learn best when they are encouraged to explore, create, and discover in a safe and nurturing environment.

With over 30 years of experience in Early Childhood and International Education across Malaysia , Philippines and Myanmar, Carmen brings a wealth of expertise in school leadership, curriculum development, and teacher mentoring. Passionate about child-centred learning, she believes every child deserves a nurturing environment where they can thrive, explore, and develop a lifelong love for learning.

Ahmad is an experienced Early Years educator with a strong background in HEI Schools and play-based learning. Having taught in international HEI campuses in Indonesia and Mongolia, he is passionate about creating engaging, inquiry-driven environments that foster children's independence, creativity, and well-being.
Assel Zholbayeva
Lead Teacher
Assel is an experienced educator, curriculum designer, and mentor with a passion for developing strong communication and critical thinking skills in young learners. Her international teaching experience and commitment to innovative teaching practices help create engaging and supportive learning environments for every child.
Bless Jhacy Del Rosario
Lead Teacher
Jhacy is a licensed professional teacher with experience in international school settings across Myanmar and Mongolia. With a background in Early Childhood Care and Development, Cambridge education, and Jolly Phonics, she is committed to creating warm, inclusive classrooms where children feel confident to learn, explore, and grow.
